1. How long does shipping take?

All orders at Vixil are carefully processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your order in real-time. We also offer free shipping on all orders.

2. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items in original, unused condition with tags intact. Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. You can also request an exchange if you prefer a different size or product.
